For most people that need acne treatment, expensive products are not an option since most of the time acne effects younger people. For those that can’t afford the expensive answers I am sharing a few alternative ways to treat acne effectively without hurting checking account. First of all, I do recommend buying a face cleanser, which should be used 2 to 3 times a day. A common misconception is cleaning the face over and over will work better for acne treatment, not the case. When looking for inexpensive home remedies for acne consider tea tree oil. This oil kills bacteria when used on zits and pimples. When trying to get rid of blackheads put toothpaste on the pimple(s) before going to bed. Toothpaste will reduce the swelling. Do not use gel-based products.
When washing the face use warm salty water. Another cheap way to reduce pimple swelling is by using strawberry leaves. It may sound nuts but the alkalinity in the leaves works. Some say that rubbing lemon skin on the face before washing helps as well. What home remedies for acne did I miss?
